WARRANTY
3-YEAR WARRANTY ON THE COOK SYSTEM
The Highcountry Cook System is warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the date of purchase. This covers the stove, titanium pot, removable WindGuard, and folding spork.
If a component fails because of how it was built, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Decision on repair vs. replacement is at our discretion based on the issue.
LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE IGNITOR
The fully enclosed ignitor on the Highcountry Stove is warranted for the lifetime of the original owner. If the ignitor stops working at any point, we'll fix it or replace the stove.
WHAT'S COVERED
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Component failure under normal use conditions
- Ignitor failure for the lifetime of the original owner
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Normal wear from field use, including scratches, scorching, and patina on titanium
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Damage from use of non-isobutane fuel or improperly threaded canisters
- Loss or theft
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Fuel canisters (consumable, not a warranted product)
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Email support@roughridgestove.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of what happened
We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If the claim is approved, we'll cover return shipping and send a repaired or replacement unit at no cost.
RETURNS
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If the Highcountry Cook System doesn't work for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Field-tested products are accepted as long as use is limited and the product is returned in resalable condition.
HOW IT WORKS
- Return shipping is paid by the customer for satisfaction returns
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, your choice
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return
- Original shipping charges are not refunded
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@roughridgestove.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and confirm next steps within 24 hours.
WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE
- Fuel canisters (hazmat, cannot be returned)
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products returned with significant wear or damage from misuse
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we cover it 100%. Email support@roughridgestove.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and cover all return shipping.
